Pulp Lifestyle Kitchen is one of downtown Salt Lake’s healthiest breakfast and lunch spots.
We were first introduced to Pulp when they had a little juice and smoothie inside the gym at City Creek. For gym goers, it was a delightful treat to finish a workout, order a fresh smoothie and be on their way each day. Since then, they’ve opened a full-scale restaurant just next to the Gallivan Center with smoothies, juices, healthy to go snacks and full menu items.
We love the blue collard wrap, seared ahi tuna with brussel sprout slaw, carrots and fresh veggies all wrapped up in a big leafy collard green and served with a ginger soy dressing. The Moroccan coconut lentil soup is another winner on this healthy menu.
For breakfast (starting at 8 am), the quinoa coconut pancakes with greek yogurt and blueberry compote look amazing. They have free range eggs, wrapped up with veggies in a variety of healthy breakfast wraps and beautiful Acai bowls.
Sides like the brussel sprout, sweet potatoes and butternut squash hash look scrumptious.
All of this and the service is super fast if you’re in a hurry. It’s an easy downtown spot to get in and out of quickly. You can order online or call ahead and have your order ready when you get there.
